Train like a firefighter at the HERo Fire Camp—a free, hands-on experience hosted by Oakland Fire at their OFD Training Facility in Oakland, CA.

Open to women and non-binary individuals ages 18+, this one-day camp on June 6th, 2026, offers equipment demos, live training scenarios, mentorship from female firefighters, and career guidance.

Whether you’re exploring the fire service or ready to take the next step, this is your chance to learn, connect, and get a real feel for the job.
